Pastor Greg Glodkowski has been Lead Pastor since January 2016 after 18 years of being the Youth Pastor at CCC.  Pastor Greg graduated from Southeastern University of the Assemblies of God in 1995 in pastoral ministries and was ordained in the Assemblies of God in 1997. He is married to his wife, Rosella and has teenage two children. He loves sports, all the Cleveland professional sports teams, and is also a West Geauga Soccer Club coach.

Since 1997, Pastor Yvette has served as our Children’s Pastor but recently transitioned to an Associate Pastor’s role focusing on congregational engagement, ministry strategy, and community work. She has multiple degrees in business, music, counseling, and theology earning her associate's, bachelor's, and master's from Ohio Valley University and Ashland Theological Seminary. Working with children, teens, and families has been her primary ministry focus. Pastor Yvette also teaches professional medical ethics at a local college and runs a non-profit called Agape River Mission that focuses on community growth and empowerment in income-challenged people groups. When she is not working in these ministries, Pastor Yvette enjoys working in stained glass, SCUBA diving, and exploring other cultures.

Zack is currently head of our tech and production department and manages a variety of tasks including our online productions crew, worship experience, and special events staffing.  Zack works to build a strong team of talented individuals and develop the skills of teens and young adults in this division. Using experienced tech members to mentor the younger or newer staff, he has created a rich environment for growth and exploration of ministry work in a growing new field.  Zack graduated from Cleveland State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is a licensed CPA working in the Cleveland area. He is married to his wonderful wife, Lexsi and together they are foster parents of two children with special support needs. Lexsi and Zack are also key members of the DECISION Youth Ministries leadership team. Zack currently serves as our Church Treasurer and is a key player with our Church Board helping us be good stewards of the funds God has provided for us.

Since founding Chester Christian Center in 1987 and fulfilling the role of Senior Pastor for 29 years, Pastor Steve has transitioned to a position in Pastoral Care where he has continued his work with Nursing Home Ministry, Corporate Bible Studies, and teaching Wednesday Night Bible Study. Pastor Steve graduated from Cuyahoga Community College with a degree in Mental Health Services. He graduated from Berean University and completed his ordination in 1986. He is married to his beautiful wife, Muff, and has two married daughters and four grandchildren. He enjoys music, old cars, and spending time with his family.

Dave has been a part of Chester Christian Center since grade school and has grown into a strong worship leader and musician. He attended Malone University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education. Dave was highly involved in both the marching band and the symphony orchestra and has used some of those same skills to support the development of new musicians within our congregation and develop a strong worship experience for others. Dave is passionate about worshiping the King of Kings and seeing the Lord work in and through people. When not leading the worship ministry at the church, Dave enjoys spending time with his lovely wife, Chrissy, and two children. He is also a big fan of our Cleveland Guardians. Dave enjoys studying constitutional law, classic/exotic cars, and Star Trek.
